The Elite Nutrition guide is designed to power your body through the most intense workouts of your life, the INSANITY Workout Schedule! It is a plan that will teach you how to each healthy for the duration of INSANITY and for the rest of your life.
The Elite Nutrition guide focuses on eating 5 meals a day. All the meals contain about the same number of calories. This frequent eating is optimal for your metablism and provides stamina for your intense workouts.

Each meal listed is around 40% protein, 40% carbohydrate, and 20% fat. (This may look familiar, this is the same macronutrient profile as Phase 2: Energy Booster in the P90X Nutrition Plan.)
